Here's the Secret to Ditching the Muffin Top

I’m going to tell you the secret to ditching your muffin top and getting your confidence back.

Eat healthy and move your body. 

Low key I know that kind of pisses you off because what you were expecting was like some secret fountain of youth knowledge but what I told you was shit you already know. 

If you want to see sustainable change, you have to eat healthy and move your body more often than not. 

It doesn’t mean that those treats go away for forever or that you never get a day off. It does mean that the majority of the time you’re making the decisions you know are intuitively better for you. 

Which means you’re not letting excuses hold you back. 

This is what I see: you know what to do, you’re smart, you know how to make it happen but excuses get in the way of it happening. 

My advice to you: don’t go all balls to the wall (unless that’s just how you roll). Take baby steps, start with one thing and do that thing daily. Then start adding in other things, one at a time, do them daily, and then before you know it, the excuses will be gone, the healthy lifestyle will be there and you won’t feel like you’re missing out on anything or like the change has even been that crazy.
