I get it. You don't even have to tell me. I know all the excuses that keep you from being your healthiest. I know that life gets in the way, schedules are busy, your to do list is crazy, someone is always needing something, there's not enough hours in the day, you hate working out, eating healthy is boring, do I really need to keep going? I've heard it all. But pushing your health aside is not going to get you to lose those last 5 pounds of baby weight, get you back into those skinny jeans or even just get you feeling confident in yourself again.
This is my passion, this is what I love to do. I want to help you reach every health and well being goal you have for yourself. Welcome to the first step in actively making a change to live your best and healthiest life. I'm so excited to guide you, watch you grow, and help you implement healthy choices in your life. More importantly, I am so excited to hold you accountable to yourself because you deserve to look in the mirror and like what you see.
The accountability program:
This is an all access program to ME. My expertise, my knowledge, my motivation to get you to your goal. You will have me as your personal cheerleader, your wealth of knowledge, your confidant for all those questions about health and fitness you were too embarrassed to ask.
Every week we will meet to assess, reassess and track your goals. In between you'll have access to me for anything that comes up that you need guidance on. I'll send you recipes for what to cook for dinner based off of your needs, I'll send you the workouts you need to do during the week based off of your time constraints, and more importantly, I will hold you accountable for the goals you set with me.
When we're done together, you'll know how to integrate healthy living into your life in an accessible way. You will have crushed your goals and have already set new ones and everyone around you will be asking what you did that made you transform in such a major way.
