Working with Lisa was transformational. Together we worked on ways to improve all parts of me. Lisa could have not come at a better time. Lisa helped me address some unhealthy habits with slow and subtle changes. One of the most important shifts we made was my water intake. Prior to working with Lisa I drank 1-3 glasses of water a day.  Lisa was able to come up with a routine that fit my work schedule and allowed me to drink the water that was necessary for my body. I went from drinking 24 oz of water daily to 120 ounces daily. The changes it made in my body were phenomenal it seems that everything in my body just ran smoother and my skin was constantly glowing. 

Lisa relates to all the ups and downs of a working mom. I used to think that a good workout meant that I had to work out for an hour or more and I did not have time for that.  Lisa shifted my mindset when she created 15-20 minute workouts that worked out my whole body and got my heart rate going.  She created exactly what I needed and something that I could do consistently.  I went from working out 2 days a week to consistently working out 4-5 a week. 

Prior to working with Lisa I used to withhold food thinking that if I ate less then I would lose weight. Lisa helped me have a healthier relationship with food. What Lisa made me realize was that my body needed more food and I was starving myself and storing fat. We found a routine and foods that would completely nourish my body. She taught me how to pair foods that would give me a well balanced meal or snack. I have now developed habits where I can choose healthier options without feeling like I am missing on anything. She recognizes that food is a time when people come together, especially family and it’s okay to indulge to truly bring joy and presence to family time.  

Thanks to Lisa I have now developed healthy habits that are now just a way of life.
